By signing below I, the participant/parent/guardian, give Child Evangelism Fellowship® permission to have full use of all photographs/videos of the previously named participant. I understand that my or my child’s name or identifying information will not be used publicly without my additional written consent. I understand that the images may be used for promotional purposes and in publications, including but not limited to: newsletters, brochures, posters, e-newsletters, websites, and social media.”
